Wet N Wild Ocean Grotto

I'm SUPER far behind - commenting, blogging, swatching. My internet has been le slow for a week now! Really irritating me. I kind of hate wi-fi right now. I will get caught up, though!
Anyway, if you're new here - HI! Thanks so much for following.
This week/end I found a bunch of new stuff, including the new WNW collection, Mermaid's Cove. I think I picked out three or four of these? I picked up, and then put back down, Ocean Grotto. I wasn't sure I needed it - now I'm glad I snagged it, because it's really pretty!
It's a really yellow toned green shimmer - and the shimmer is pretty metallic. LOVE. I am still struggling a little with the brushes on these, so excuse any extraneous shimmer you see. I don't think it's the fault of the polish, but rather the brush I'm struggling to use, that I had to do a touch up coat to cover up bald patches. Maybe there's a learning curve, because I'm getting better.

Hello! Look at that macro. You can see how yellow/gold the green leans there. Have you guys spied these in any of your drugstores? I found mine in CVS, but not in Walgreen's yet.

  2. That is pretty. I keep looking for this collection but no joy, so far. It might show up, here but I am not holding my breath. LE collection availability is really hit or miss in my podunk town.

  4. I haven't tried any of the Wet and Wild nail polishes yet but I love this one! It's nice to see a yellow toned green that isn't a sickly color!

  5. I grabbed this one, and Waves of Enchantment. I haven't worn OG yet but W of E has that same nice metallic sheen that looks like glitter but isn't bumpy, my only complaint was with sheerness but an undercoat of SHXW in Crushed will take care of that. This is one of those collections where I was tempted to sweep the display and get one of each. I reined myself in somehow. :)

  6. @FOREVER '92 I think I had to use three, but that's just because I had a time with the brush! It's awesome.
